Located on St John’s Road, CQ The Court is just a 15 minute walk to Leeds City Centre, and less than a mile from Burley Park Station. The secure, gated landscaped grounds ensure that The Court provides the perfect place to head home to after the hustle and bustle of the city.

Retaining many original features of the listed building, including an impressive Resident’s entrance and grand central stone staircase, The Court seamlessly combines old features with modern style. There’s a choice of apartments to rent; from studios to two bedroom apartments and a selection of unique Mezzanine apartments set over two-floors.

The fully furnished en-suite apartments have a generous living area complete with sofa and two-seater dining table. The fitted kitchen comes with all mod-cons, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven and induction hob.

The bedroom is a real haven to retreat to, particularly in our Mezzanine apartments where it’s located on a separate floor. Each one is decorated in calming neutral tones with a comfy double bed and headboard, ample wardrobes and storage shelves. If you opt for a studio, the living area and bedroom space are cleverly divided with storage shelves, ensuring you have the perfect place for everything.

Beyond the tranquillity of each apartment, CQ The Court has a range of fantastic leisure facilities for Residents to enjoy, including our Club Lounge, Games Room and Gym. There’s also a handy secure Bike Store and on-site Laundry too.

We also have optional car parking spaces available to rent, or Residents can take advantage of our exclusive partnership with Enterprise Car Club offering two years of free membership, and £100 in driving credits to use on your first car hire.

Studio

This well-designed studio is all on one level for ease and creates a light and airy space. Boasting a fully fitted kitchen with high gloss units and integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, hob, under counter lighting and spacious wood effect surfaces, this studio is finished to the highest specification. The shower room has a large walk-in glazed cubicle, vitra sinks and fully tiled walls, and designer fixtures and fittings.

Wood effect flooring runs throughout the living space and curtains have been provided. Heating is controlled through wall mounted thermostats. Each studio has a sofa with cushions in the living space, round glass dining table and two contemporary chairs

A storage display unit nicely divides the room. There is a fixed double bed complete with headboard. Each room has plenty of storage space including wardrobes, overhead storage and a run of drawer cabinets perfect for those essential items.

One Bedroom Mezzanine Apartment

The mezzanine one bed apartments have been specifically designed to maximise the light and space available in this stunning building. Each has huge arched windows, but some have two, or are dual aspect. Some are larger than others and are valued accordingly. Mezzanines have full height living spaces.

Wood effect flooring runs throughout the living space and heating is controlled by wall mounted thermostats. Each large mezzanine studio has a sofa with cushions in the living space, large TV unit, round glass dining table and two contemporary chairs. Curtains are fitted.

Downstairs, the kitchen area is equipped with high gloss natural coloured cabinetry complete with wall and floor cupboards, hob, microwave/convector oven, integrated fridge and dishwasher – all finished off with a gloss splashback and wood effect countertops. Living areas have spectacular full height ceilings bringing plenty of light into the space.

Upstairs leads to a bedroom with an open mezzanine overlooking the living area. Beds are fixed with display shelving and headboards. There is plentiful storage with under-stair cupboard and furniture designed especially for the space.
